Why Doesn’t the Booking Calendar Always Show When Adding Products to the Cart?
When customers add the first product to the cart, TWICE asks them to select the start date and time.
This start time is then set for the entire order to keep all products under the same booking window.
Even if products have different durations or end times, they all share the same start time.
This prevents customers from booking the main product for one date and any additional products for another.
Because the start time is already fixed after the first product, the booking calendar does not appear when adding more products.
Instead, additional products inherit the start time that was already selected.
How Can I Book Products for Different Start Times or Days?
To book products for different start times or dates, you need to create separate orders.
Each order can then have its own start date and time.
This ensures that products in each order are correctly scheduled without time conflicts.
