How can I add additional products to a delivery order?

Currently, it is not possible to add additional products to a delivery order once it has been placed due to technical limitations. If additional items need to be delivered, a new order must be created for those products.

How can I change the start time of a delivery order?

At this time, changing the start time of a delivery order after it has been finalized is not supported in TWICE. To adjust the start time, the order would need to be cancelled and a new order created with the correct timing.

How can I change the end time of a delivery order?

Similar to changing the start time, altering the end time of a delivery order is not possible once the order has been placed. To modify the end time, you will need to cancel the existing order and place a new order with the adjusted end time.

How can I change the duration of a delivery order?

The duration of a delivery order cannot currently be adjusted after the order is finalized. To change the duration, the original order must be cancelled, and a new order with the desired duration should be placed.

How can I create a delivery order via TWICE Admin?

Creating a delivery order directly through the TWICE Admin on behalf of customers is not currently supported. However, as a workaround, you can add a hidden product to the catalog named "Delivery Fees for Admin" and manually add a delivery fee to the order. Please note that these orders will not be treated as typical delivery orders within TWICE. They will lack the delivery icon in the order list, won’t appear in the delivery routes, and handling times must be arranged separately. This method should be used cautiously and communicated clearly to customers and staff.
