How to View, Filter, and Utilize Your Completed Orders

Completed orders represent all transactions that have been fully processed and fulfilled. Understanding how to access and manage these records in your TWICE Admin is crucial for post-transaction analysis and customer follow-up.

Navigating to Completed Orders

  • Access: To review all your fulfilled orders, navigate in the left menu of your TWICE Admin to Orders > Completed. This section will display orders that have been completed or canceled.

How to Search for a Specific Order

  • Name or Product Code: Use the search bar on the top to search by the first or last name of your customers. If an order includes multiple customers, any associated name will retrieve the order. To find a specific item, input the complete article ID in the search bar.

  • Date: Use the calendar icon to select a specific time period for which you want to review orders, or enter a custom date range. This is particularly useful for pulling up orders from a specific period.

Note: By default, search results are limited to 100 rows. You can expand this by opting to load more entries.

Displayed Information Explained

  • Date: Shows the return date of the entire order; Orders are organized by their return date with the most recent listed on the top.

  • Customer: Lists the name of the customer who placed the order.

  • Products: Details all products included in the order.

  • Status: Indicates whether the order was completed successfully or canceled.

  • Payment: Displays whether the order was paid or remains unpaid.

  • Price: The total monetary amount of the order, displayed in your selected currency.

  • Start and End Dates: The beginning and end dates of the order are shown, providing a timeline of the transaction.

Possible Next Steps

From the completed orders view, several actions are available to manage these records:

  • Export Orders: You can export the details of completed orders into a .CSV file for record-keeping or further analysis. Export a .CSV file

  • Reopen Orders: If necessary, previously completed orders can be reopened to adjust or revisit the transaction details. Reopen an order
