Sales orders are displayed in their own section, as sales products typically do not have a specific start time, unlike rental orders. Understanding how to manage these orders efficiently in TWICE ensures timely fulfillment and enhances customer satisfaction.
Navigating to Sales Orders
Access: To view all your sales orders, navigate in the left menu of your TWICE Admin to Orders > Sales. Here, you will find orders that contain solely sales products or mixed orders that also appear under upcoming orders if they include rental products.
How to Search for a Specific Order
Name or Product Code: Search by customer name or product code. If an order includes multiple customers, searching any associated name will display the order. To find a specific item within an order, enter the complete article ID.
Date: Use the calendar icon to select or input a specific time range to filter orders by their placement date. This helps in identifying orders from a particular period.
