Canceling an order

How to cancel an upcoming order

Sometimes you may have to cancel an upcoming order. To do so,

  1. Navigate to your upcoming orders.
  2. Click cancel order on the bottom of the right panel.
  3. Confirm to cancel the order.

Depending on the payment status of the order and your refund policy you may want to give your customer a refund for the cancelled order. Note that the customers are not able to independently cancel their own orders.

Cancelling an order does not automatically initiate a refund for an already paid order.

Caution: Once cancelled, the order cannot be restarted. In order to revert the decision, another booking must be created.
