Managing User Roles and Permissions

Learn how to control team member access to various TWICE Account features

Updated over a month ago

Granting your team the right level of access to your TWICE Store is crucial for efficient operation and security. TWICE offers four primary levels of access control: Admin, Manager, Editor, and Member. Additionally, more granular settings allow for tailored access control, ensuring team members can perform their roles without unnecessary access to sensitive areas.

Setting Roles and Permissions for Users

In the Users section, you can invite new users to your Twice Store or edit the permissions of an existing user.

  • When Adding a New User: Assign roles and permissions directly during the invitation process. For step-by-step guidance, refer to How to Invite a New User to Your TWICE Store.

  • For Existing Users: Adjust roles and permissions anytime via Account > Users. This ensures ongoing adaptability to your team’s evolving needs.

Access Control: Users can only assign roles, permissions, and restrictions that do not exceed their own. For instance: A Member cannot assign Manager permissions to anyone.
