How to Change Your Location and Time Zone in TWICE

Adjusting the time zone and location settings in your TWICE Admin App is essential for ensuring that your store operates in alignment with your local time, which is particularly crucial for accurately scheduling bookings and processing orders. Here's how to make these adjustments:

Changing Location and Time Zone

  1. Open your TWICE Admin and head to Account > Regional Formats.

  2. Scroll down to the Time Zone section.

  3. Here, you can update your settings for:

    • Country: Select your current country of operation.

    • Time Zone: Choose the time zone that corresponds to your location.

  4. Once you've made your selections, remember to Save Changes.

Important Consideration:

We advise against changing the time zone if your store has already processed live orders. Doing so may cause the timestamps of existing and past bookings to appear incorrectly, as they will be displayed relative to the new time zone setting. If a time zone change is necessary after processing live orders, please contact our support team for assistance. This precaution helps ensure the integrity of your store's operational timeline and avoids potential confusion for you and your customers.
