Your store’s general localization settings define how prices, dates, times, and measurements appear across TWICE. These settings help align your account with regional preferences and operational needs.
How To Adjust Localization Settings
Go to Settings at the bottom of the left-hand menu
Under Account, select General.
Here you can update the following settings:
Currency
Select the currency used for pricing in your store
Choose how the currency symbol is displayed (e.g. before or after the price)
Time Zone, Date & Time Format
Time Zone – Set the time zone in which your store operates (used for booking and order timestamps)
Date Format – Choose between formats like DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY
Time Format – Select 24-hour or 12-hour format
First Day of the Week – Impacts calendar views and weekly scheduling
Important: Avoid changing your time zone after processing live orders, as this may affect the accuracy of past timestamps. Contact our support team if a change is needed.
Unit System
Choose the measurement system that matches your region:
Metric – kg, m, cm
US – lb, ft, in
UK – st, ft, in
AU – kg, cm, US shoe size
This ensures product dimensions and sizes are displayed in a format familiar to your customers.
