Understanding How Customers Can Order Delivery Options from Your Online Store

Once you have configured your delivery settings, these options become immediately available for customers in your online store. This guide walks through the steps your customers will follow when placing an order for delivery, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Customer Experience for Delivery Orders

  1. View Online Store:

    • To see how delivery options are presented, click the Online Store button in the top-right corner of your TWICE Admin.

  2. Select Delivery Preference:

    • While browsing your online store, customers can choose their preferred method of receiving their order at the top of the page β€” either Store Pickup or Delivery.

  3. Choose a Delivery Option:

    • If Delivery is selected, a pop-up window will appear displaying all available delivery options specific to your store.

    • Customers can browse and select a delivery option.

  4. Product Availability and Cart Reset:

    • Once a delivery option is chosen, the online store will only display products that are available for that specific delivery option.

    • The selected delivery option will be visible on the top right of the page and can be changed at any time by the customer. However, changing the delivery option will reset the shopping cart.

  5. Selecting Delivery Slot:

    • Instead of choosing an order start time, your customers will select a delivery slot when adding a product to their cart.

  6. Checkout Process:

    • At checkout, customers are required to provide their delivery address details or choose a pickup point.

    • If offered, customers can also opt to add a collection service at the end of the booking period and select a pickup slot for returning the items.
