Your Automated Messages in TWICE

Learn how to manage which automated emails are sent to your customers in TWICE.

Transactional messages are a key component of effective communication between your business and your customers. These automated messages provide essential information at various stages of the customer journey, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.

Enable or Disable Emails

To control whether TWICE sends specific emails to customers automatically:

  1. Go to Settings > Emails in your TWICE Admin.

  2. Use the toggle switch next to each email to enable or disable it.

Note: Enabling or Disabling Emails is available on Advance and Enterprise Plans

Sending Test Emails

You can preview how an email will appear to your customers by sending a test email:

  1. Go to Settings > Emails.

  2. Click the three dots next to the email you want to test.

  3. Select Send Test Email.

  4. Choose which email address we should deliver the test mail to and change the language if applicable

Editing Email Templates

To customize an email template:

  1. Go to Settings > Emails.

  2. Click the three dots next to the email you want to edit.

  3. Select Edit to open the email editor.

Email templates are edited using HTML and Handlebars. For more details, see our editing documents in TWICE.
