Managing Sign-In Methods for Team Members in TWICE

Learn How to Manage Which Sign-In Methods Team Members Can Use in TWICE

You have full control over the login methods available to team members on the TWICE account. This guide explains how to enable or disable available options for your team:

  1. Access the Sign-In Settings
    In the TWICE Admin, navigate to Settings > Account Defaults > Sign-In Methods to view the login options available.

  2. Choose Preferred Login Options

    By default, all available options are enabled on your account - you can now modify which login methods you want to make available to your team. The selected methods will appear as options for all users when they sign in:

    • Email & Password: Traditional sign-in method using email and password.

    • Google: Enables team members to use their Google accounts.

    • Facebook: Allows login with Facebook accounts.

    • Microsoft SSO: Allows users to sign in with Microsoft credentials.

Additional consideration:

Microsoft SSO may require additional setup by your organization’s Microsoft IT administrator before team members can log in with their Microsoft accounts. For guidance on how to configure Microsoft SSO, please see Setting Up Microsoft SSO in TWICE.
