Editing Your Emails in TWICE

Learn about the email editing feature in TWICE Admin and where to access it.

You can customize all emails provided by TWICE. For a detailed list of available emails, refer to our list of all automated emails.

Editing Emails supports:

  • Multiple Languages: Edit emails in all the languages you’ve enabled.

  • Multi-Location Accounts: Customize emails per store location, ensuring messages align with local preferences.

Where to Access Email Editing

You can access the email editing feature in your TWICE Admin by following these steps:

  1. Click on Settings in the side navigation menu.

  2. Locate the Emails section in the left-hand menu.

  3. Choose Edit via the three dot menu next to the email you want to edit.

Why Edit Your Emails?

Editing your emails gives you complete control over how your brand communicates with customers. You can tailor messages to reflect your business’s tone, style, and priorities.

  • Personalize Customer Experiences: Rewrite the default copies or give custom information to enhance brand connection.

How to Edit Your Emails?

Email templates in TWICE are edited using HTML and Handlebars. This provides flexibility for customizing layouts, content, and style.
