Learn How to Use TWICE in Your Desired Language

Adjusting the language settings in TWICE allows you to customize your experience and manage your store in a language that you're comfortable with. This guide will walk you through how to switch your TWICE language to any of the supported options.

Changing Your Main Language

The main language is the default language for creating content in the TWICE Admin App.

Upon creating a TWICE account, English is set as the initial main language for you.

To better suit your preferences and needs, you have the option to switch this main language to one of the six supported languages: Czech, English, Estonian, Finnish, German, or Spanish.

  1. In your TWICE Admin, navigate to Account > Languages.

  2. In the Settings tab, choose your preferred main language from the dropdown.

Without any additional languages enabled, your main language will also be the default for the TWICE Admin area and your sales channels.

Enabling Additional Languages

  1. In your TWICE Admin, navigate to Account > Languages.

  2. In the Settings tab on the Enabled Languages card, click Manage Languages.

  3. Tick the boxes for the language(s) you wish to add.

  4. Hit Save to apply your changes.

Note: The number of available languages depends on the chosen Twice Plan. Your language limit is also displayed on top of the Languages page in your Account.

Changing Your User Language

With multiple languages enabled, each user can individually adjust the display language of their TWICE Admin.

  1. In your TWICE Admin, navigate to Account > Profile.

    Or click the user icon on the top right of your screen and select Settings under Profile

  2. On the Preferences card, select your user language from the dropdown.
