Learn how to add and edit your basic business information on TWICE.

Setting up your TWICE account includes the important step of entering your business information. This initial setup helps customize your store's profile and enhances its credibility. Here's how you can add or edit your business information easily within TWICE.

Navigating to Your General Account Settings

Start by accessing your business settings in your TWICE Admin:

  1. Go to Settings > Account Setup > Business Details from your TWICE Admin dashboard.

Entering Your Business Information

Filling out your business information is straightforward. Ensure you have the following details ready:

  1. Type in your business name.

  2. Enter your business ID.

  3. Provide a contact email.

  4. Add a phone number for business inquiries.

  5. Select your country from the dropdown menu.

  6. Choose your industry (if you haven't already done so during registration).

Uploading Your Business Logo

Adding your logo personalizes your store and makes it more recognizable to customers:

  1. Click on the option to add your logo.

  2. Choose the file from your computer.

  3. Press OK to upload it.

After you've entered all your business information and added your logo:

  • Click Save to apply the changes.
