TWICE Payments provides a convenient and secure online payment solution, available to businesses or individuals based in supported countries. This article guides you through the process of setting up a TWICE Payments account, ensuring you can start accepting online payments efficiently.
Steps to Activate Your TWICE Payments Account
Navigate to Your Payment Settings:
Go to Settings > Payments in your TWICE dashboard.
Click Complete Setup in the TWICE Payments section. Your initial information will be pre-filled based on your Business Details, but you can make changes if necessary.
Select your Business Type
Choose between Company and Sole Proprietorship
Enter Your (Personal and) Business Details
Personal Details: If sole proprietorship is chosen, provide your first and last name
Business Details: Enter the legal name of your business, your industry, the country you operate in, and the currency in which you accept payments. It's important to note that the currency must match the geographical location of your business as registered in your TWICE settings.
Store information: Provide your store's name, and contact details as required.
Continue to Verification:
You will be redirected to our payment processing partner, Adyen N.V., to complete the verification.
Important Verification Steps:
Fill in every required information in all sections have a green checkmark and no errors indicate missing or incorrect information.
Personal and Business Details
Fill in all information required on personal, as well as business details
Upload the required documents for verification
Bank Account Details
Available verification method depends on your country. Choose your verification methods and follow the steps shown.

Verification and Activation:
Once you submit all details, your account will typically be verified within one business day. You can immediately begin accepting payments, but note that payouts will be held until your account details are fully verified. Ensure you check back in on your Account > Payments to see if your TWICE Payment Account has the Status "Active" and Payouts "Active"
Enabling Payments:
Activate the desired payment methods by toggling them on under Account > Payments for the available options.
