Setting up your TWICE account includes adding key business information. This helps customize your store profile and ensures we have the correct details for your account setup.
Navigating to Your General Account Settings
Start by accessing your business settings in your TWICE Admin:
Go to Settings at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Under Account, select Business Details.
You can now fill in or update the following fields:
Entity
Business Name – The official name of your business
Business ID – Your registration or tax ID
Country – Select from the dropdown list
What You Sell – Add a short description of your product categories
Contact Information
Email Address – Used for important account-related communication
Phone Number – Optional, but useful for account verification or support
