Adjusting the duration of an order in TWICE allows you to better accommodate your customers' needs. This guide explains how to edit the duration for individual products and multiple products within an order.
Limitation: Durations for delivery and subscription orders cannot be changed manually.
Each product can have its own rental duration, so changes are applied at the customer card level. You may edit all products simultaneously to edit the entire order's duration.
How to Edit the Order Duration for a Single Product
Navigate to the Order:
Select the order you want to change and click Edit on the customer card.
Select New Duration:
Choose the new duration from the product's dropdown menu. Only durations defined in the product's pricing table will be available.
TWICE will automatically adjust the total price based on the new duration.
Save Changes:
Click Save.
Click Update Order to finalize the changes.
How to Edit the Order Duration for Multiple Products
Navigate to the Order:
Select the order you want to change and click Edit on the customer card.
Select Products:
Choose all products for which you want to edit the duration.
Click Edit Duration.
Choose New Duration:
Select the new duration from the dropdown menu. The dropdown will show all possible durations from all selected products combined.*
Save Changes:
Click Save.
Click Update Order to apply the changes.

When editing multiple different products at once, the price might not always be correct due to combined product durations. Manually review and edit the price if necessary.
In the example above the product "Red off-shoulder dress" has prices defined in the pricing table for rentals between 1 and 4 days only.
When selecting both products in the order, also longer rental durations of 5 days and more are available. Those durations originate from the second product "black handbag". Thus Twice calculates the new price based on the information available in its pricing table - which might not always result in the price you want to charge for the product. You can review and edit the price manually in this case.
