When customers arrive at your shop without a reservation, you can quickly create orders for immediate start through the TWICE Admin:
How to Create an Order for Immediate Start
Navigate in TWICE Admin:
Go to Create Order.
Click Book Now.
Set Up the Order:
Select the duration of the booking.
Select products by clicking on them. If a product has multiple variants, a new window will appear for you to choose the appropriate variant.
Use the All Products dropdown to filter products by category.
Add multiple persons and assign products to each one.
Apply Discounts and Continue:
Click the % icon to apply a discount.
Double-check the order details, then click Continue.
Enter Customer Information:
Fill in the necessary customer information.
Change the contact person if necessary.
Complete the Payment:
Review the payment summary.
Apply any potential discount and select the desired payment option(s).
Customize the payment methods you want to offer by clicking the Edit button, then click Confirm Order.
Finalize and View Order:
After confirming, you will be redirected to the upcoming orders view.
Click View Order at the bottom of the screen to navigate to the newly created order.
Limitations
Currently, only rental products can be manually created for immediate orders.
Manual order creation does not support delivery, sales, or subscription products.
Manual payment options "charge now" and "charge later" are unavailable on the Free Plan. These features are exclusive to paid plans. Learn More About Our Plans
