How to Create New Reservations for Your Customers Through TWICE Admin

TWICE Admin facilitates the process of setting up reservations from booking inquiries received via email or phone, enabling you to manage future bookings efficiently.

How to Create an Order for the Future

  1. Navigate in TWICE Admin:

    • Go to the top bar and select Create Order.

    • Click Reserve.

  2. Set Up the Reservation:

    • Choose the rental duration by selecting the start date and the duration from the dropdown field.

    • Select products by clicking on the respective product. If a product has multiple variants, a new window will appear for you to choose the appropriate variant.

    • Use the All Products dropdown to filter products by category.

    • Add multiple persons and assign products to each one.

  3. Apply Discounts and Continue:

    • Click the % icon to apply a discount.

    • Double-check the booking details, then click Continue.

  4. Enter Customer Information:

    • Fill in the required customer information.

    • Change the contact person if necessary.

  5. Complete the Payment:

    • Review the payment summary.

    • Apply any potential discount and select the desired payment option(s).

    • Customize the payment methods you want to offer by clicking the Edit button, then click Confirm Order.

  6. Finalize and View Reservation:

    • After confirming, you will be redirected to the upcoming orders view.

    • Click View Order at the bottom of the screen to navigate to the newly created reservation.

Limitations

  • Currently, only rental products can be manually created for future orders.

  • Manual order creation does not support delivery, sales, or subscription products yet.

  • Sending payment links is not supported for TWICE App users on Wix.

  • Manual payment options "charge now" and "charge later" are unavailable on the Free Plan. These features are exclusive to paid plans. Learn More About Our Plans
