Getting notified about new bookings

How to let you or your staff know when a customer places an online booking

You can choose to have email notifications sent to your account or store email whenever your customers make online bookings. You can adjust your notification preferences in the Account settings.

Turn on notification

  1. In your Twice admin, navigate to Account > Notifications.
  2. Toggle on New online orders to receive email notifications about a new booking placed via the online store.
  3. Choose an email address where you want the notifications to be sent. An account email is your stored business email. You can check and edit your account email in Account > General. For accounts with multiple store locations: A store email is an email for a specific store location. Each store can have its store email. You can check and edit your store email in Store settings > Contact information.
  4. Save changes.
