Getting notified about new bookings
How to let you or your staff know when a customer places an online booking
You can choose to have email notifications sent to your account or store email whenever your customers make online bookings. You can adjust your notification preferences in the Account settings.
Note: Your customers always receive a booking confirmation email.
Turn on notification
- From your Twice admin, go to Account > Notifications.
- On the email notification card, toggle on New online reservations to receive email notifications about a new booking placed via the online store.
- Choose an email address where you want the notifications to be sent. An account email is a business email. You can check and edit your account email in Account > General.A store email is an email for a specific store location. Each store can have its store email. You can check and edit your store email in Store settings > Contact information.
- Save changes.
