Home

The Home view serves as a live dashboard, giving you an immediate snapshot of the current day's activities. It displays the number of upcoming orders, providing quick access to essential functionalities such as managing orders, viewing order details, and overseeing inventory. Additionally, this view is enriched with helpful resources designed to assist  in navigating the platform more efficiently. These include a "Quick Intro Video to Twice," offering a visual guide to get started, along with direct links to the Support Center and Chat Support for immediate assistance and answers to any inquiries, making the Home view a central hub for managing daily operations and accessing support resources.

Create Order

This section is designed to facilitate order creation on behalf of customers. This function caters to a wide range of customer needs, from serving walk-in customers who require immediate service to setting up reservations for those planning to start at a later date.

Orders

New orders will appear in your Twice orders within the Wix Dashboard and also in Wix orders. Learn here how to manage your orders in the Twice App -->

Catalog

The Twice app already comes with some product examples to help you get started. You may edit the products and categories from your Twice admin within the Wix Dashboard.

Inventory

The Twice Inventory is designed for tracking rental items, distinguishing it from sales-based systems like Wix's inventory. It is structured in individual articles that are grouped into SKUs, which in turn are connected to your product catalog.

Customers

The Customers section provides a comprehensive list of you customers along with their booking data. This feature allows for efficient management of customer information by offering filtering, sorting, and exporting capabilities to cater to various business needs. Users can export the customer list as a .CSV file, making it easier to analyze the customer base or conduct marketing activities.

Settings

In the Settings tab of your Twice App, you can specify general store settings including your store's name, address, and contact details. This information is displayed to your customers on order confirmation emails, when orders are created manually. Note that for orders placed in your online shop, the email confirmation can be found in your Wix Settings.

Moreover, in the Settings you set your store's opening hours, a critical feature since product availabilities directly depend on the operating hours you define.

Account

In the "Account" section on Twice, you get to fine-tune your store's look and functionality. Here's what you'll find:

  • General Settings: Change up your typography, accent colors, and button styles when displaying your rental products. 
  • Regional Format: Adjust localization settings to match your store's locale, ensuring your dates, currencies, and more fit your region.
  • Languages: Set up language preferences and translations to cater to a global audience. Check out our language settings guide.
  • Users: [exclusively available on Expand Plan] Invite and manage team members or collaborators, giving them specific access as needed. Find out how to manage users
  • Reports: Get a straightforward dashboard view of how your rental products are performing, including bookings and revenue over selected time periods.
  • Profile: Update your personal details, like your name and account language.
  • Taxes: Remember, any purchases made through the Wix cart will stick with Wix's tax settings, but you can still manage other tax details here for comprehensive financial management.
