Learn how to set up your new TWICE Rentals features in the Wix Editor after installing the app.

After installing the TWICE Rentals App in your Wix Account, you’ll have new tools in your Wix Editor to help you integrate and manage your TWICE rentals. Follow these steps to add, customize, and make your rental pages accessible to customers on your website.

Accessing the New TWICE Rental Section in Site Pages

After installation, you’ll find a new Twice Rental section in your Site Pages. Here, you can manage all rental-related pages, which include:

  • Rentals Page: Displays your TWICE rental products.

  • Product Page: Displays individual product details when a customer selects a specific item.

Setting Up the Rentals Page

  • Adding the Rentals Page to Navigation:

    1. Go to Manage Menu in the Wix Editor.

    2. Select Add Item > Dynamic and App Pages.

    3. Choose Rentals to add it to your site’s navigation menu.

  • Customizing the URL for the Rentals Page:

    1. In Site Pages, select Rentals.

    2. Open SEO Settings.

    3. Customize the URL slug to fit your site’s needs, such as “www.yoursite.com/renting-is-fun” or “www.yoursite.com/hire.”

      • Note: The default URL for this page is set to /rentals.

Working With the Product Page

The Product Page widget displays selected products to customers and is essential for the integration to work correctly. Do not delete this page, as removing it will uninstall the widget and disable the TWICE Rentals app.

  • Customizing the Product Page Design: Use Wix’s built-in design features to match the look and feel of this page with the rest of your site.

Cart and Thank You Pages

The TWICE Rentals app also adds the Cart and Thank You pages to your site, which help customers complete their transactions. These pages are customizable via Wix settings but are managed outside of the TWICE Rentals app.

  • Thank You Page: Displays a personalized thank you message and customer shipping details post-checkout. Access Settings to modify.

  • Cart Page: Displays items added to the cart, allowing customers to adjust quantities and proceed to checkout. Access Settings to modify.
