Can customers log-in to see and edit their orders?
This is partially possible. Twice offers a consumer facing application where customers can see and extend upcoming and ongoing orders. This does not require a log-in from the customer they instead receive a link with their order confirmation email to access this. Read more about extending bookings: automatic booking extensions We are also developing support for consumer accounts which gives customers a convenient way to re-book and edit orders.
Can I add multiple custom fields to my online checkout?
Yes, you can add multiple text fields to your checkout to ask for more information from your customers. Read our help article about adding a custom field.
How to block specific dates for an inventory article?
Currently you'll be able to set an inventory article out-of-use for the time being. For example if an item is returned broken. We are developing support to set an inventory article out-of-use for specific dates. Meanwhile you can create a manual booking from your Twice admin to block the item for specific dates. You should also look into defining a maintenance time for your product if it requires regular service after each booking.
Does Twice integrate with Shopify?
Twice does not directly integrate with Shopify but you are able to embed your Twice store to your Shopify website. Read more about how to embed your Twice online store.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, if you have an existing domain you can connect it to your Twice web storefront following the instructions here.
Does the Twice online store work together with my current website?
Note: In order to access Twice API please make sure to upgrade to our BUILD plan or higher
Can Twice be used as a multi vendor solution?
Currently our platform does not support multi vendor/marketplace use cases.
