To minimize errors and streamline operations, the default TWICE shows orders only for the store currently selected. This setup helps you focus on the orders pertinent to your active location. To fulfill orders for a different store, you will need to switch to that store.
Enabling Multi-Location Order View
If you want to view orders from all stores simultaneously, TWICE offers a multi-location view feature.
