Carriers play a crucial role in the delivery process, transporting orders to your customers. Whether using your own vehicles or partnering with third-party services like local taxi companies or logistics providers like DPD, managing your delivery carriers effectively is essential for operational efficiency.
Setting Up Delivery Carriers
Access Carrier Settings:
Navigate to Delivery.
Within the Delivery settings, locate the Carrier section.
Create a New Carrier:
Click on New Carrier to add a delivery service.
Enter the Name of the carrier you are setting up. This could be the name of your internal fleet or a third-party service you are contracting with.
Click Create Carrier to finalize the addition.
