Enhancing your products and categories with images on TWICE can make them more attractive and easier for customers to make decisions. Here’s how to add images and understand the file requirements.
Adding Images to Products
Navigate to Products: Go to Products and select the product to which you want to add images.
Access the Images Section: Under the General tab, locate a section labeled Images.
Add Images: Click Add Image followed by Upload New Images to select and add new photos.
Select and Order Images: Choose all the images you want to display for the product. The selection order will dictate their display order on your online store.
Confirm Selections: Click OK.
Save Changes: Ensure you click Save to apply the updates.
Adding Images to Categories
Navigate to Categories: Go to Categories and select the category you want to enhance with an image.
Add an Image: Click Add Image and then Upload New Images to add a photo.
Select the Image: Choose the image that best represents your category.
Confirm Selection: Click OK.
Save Changes: Click Save to update the category.
Image Size and Type
Recommended Image Size: The ideal size for product and category images is 1024x1024 pixels.
Supported File Types: The platform supports .JPG, .PNG, and .GIF files.
