Learn How to Create a Product Available for Sale in Your Channels

TWICE allows you to manage products available for sale, one-time rent, or long-term rent under a subscription contract. You can offer the same product under all three options, providing flexibility for your customers to choose their preferred mode of acquisition. This guide will assist you in setting up a basic sales product.

Note: Sales products can currently only be booked from your online store and are not yet available through your Twice Admin manual order creation.

Create a New Product

  1. Navigate to Your Product Catalog: From your catalog, select New Product.

  2. Enter Essential Details: Provide at least the product name and set a sales price.

  3. Add More Information (Optional): You can also input a product description, choose a category, set the tax rate, and upload images. These can be edited later.

  4. Finalize Product Creation: Click Create Product to save your new sales product.

Make It Available to Your Customers

  1. Manage Inventory Connection: Under the Availability tab, click Connect to Inventory.

  2. Select or Add SKU: Choose an existing SKU or create a new one by clicking +Create New SKU and specifying your stock level.

  3. Public Visibility: Ensure your product is set to be publicly visible in your sales channels. Click Save.
