To continue accepting online payments, you must migrate from TWICE Payments (Adyen) to our Stripe integration before June 1, 2026. After this date, the legacy Adyen integration will be discontinued.
Why the change?
As TWICE continues to evolve, we are committed to providing you with the most transparent and efficient tools to manage your business. To achieve this, we are officially discontinuing 'TWICE Payments' (powered by Adyen) by June 1, 2026, in favor of our direct Stripe integration.
How to Migrate (3-Step Checklist)
Switching your payment provider only takes a few minutes. We recommend completing these steps as soon as possible to familiarize yourself with the new dashboard.
1. Connect Stripe
Go to Settings > Payments in your TWICE Admin. Click "Connect Stripe" and follow the onboarding prompts to link your account.

2. Verify "Active" Status
Once you have completed the Stripe onboarding, return to your TWICE Payments settings. Ensure the connection status is displayed as Active.
3. Flip the Toggles
To finalize the move and update your customer checkout:
Toggle ON Stripe.
Toggle OFF TWICE Payments.
Note: Once you toggle TWICE Payments off, the Adyen fields will disappear from your checkout and be replaced by the Stripe fields.
