Each TWICE account can only be linked to one Wix website at a time. If you need to disconnect your TWICE Rentals App from one Wix site and connect it to another, follow the steps below. This process is useful in cases such as:
Moving the TWICE Rentals App to a different Wix website.
Connecting a new TWICE account to an existing Wix website.
Caution: Subscriptions to any third-party app, including TWICE Rentals cannot be transferred from one Wix site to another. If you are moving to a new site, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and resubscribe on the new website. If you need help, you can always reach out to our support team.
Disconnecting TWICE From Your Old Wix Site
Before connecting TWICE to a new site or switching accounts, you need to fully disconnect the existing connection:
Open your TWICE Dashboard on the current Wix site.
Click the Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
Select Log Out from the dropdown menu.
In the new view, scroll down and click Reconnect TWICE Account at the bottom of the page.
This action breaks the connection between TWICE and your Wix website; it does not cancel your subscription.
Connecting TWICE to Your New Wix Site
Once you've disconnected TWICE from your previous site, you can link it to a new Wix website:
On your new Wix website, go to the Wix App Market.
Search for and install the TWICE Rentals App.
When prompted, select Already using TWICE? Log In.
Enter your existing TWICE credentials to reconnect your account.
Managing Your Subscription
If you had apaid plan for the TWICE Rentals App on your previous site, keep in mind:
Subscriptions cannot be transferred between Wix websites.
You will need to cancel your existing plan before setting up a new subscription on the new site.
