Learn How to Enable Microsoft SSO for Your Organization in TWICE

Microsoft SSO enables your team to log in to TWICE using their Microsoft accounts. To activate Microsoft SSO, administrators need to complete a one-time approval process in Microsoft Entra (Microsoft’s Azure AD and identity platform) to grant organization-wide permissions to TWICE. Follow the steps below to enable Microsoft SSO and ensure seamless access for your team.

Steps to Enable Microsoft SSO in TWICE

  1. Enable Microsoft SSO Login in TWICE

    • Ensure, Microsoft is selected to be an available Log-In Method in TWICE, according to our guide.

  2. Notify Your Microsoft IT Administrator About Microsoft SSO Availability

    • You may need to inform your Microsoft IT administrator that Microsoft SSO is available as a login option in TWICE. Invite your IT administrator as Admin user to your TWICE account, so they can proceed with step 3. of this guide.

    • Alternatively, you me be able to request administrator approval for Microsoft apps or give the consent yourself. This depends on your organization's account setup. In this case you may

      • Navigate to the TWICE login page, select Microsoft from the sign-in options, and log in using your Microsoft account.

      • Select to request admin approval or give permission on behalf of your organization.

  3. Initiate Microsoft SSO Login as an Microsoft IT Administrator

    • Navigate to the TWICE login page, select Microsoft from the sign-in options, and log in using a Microsoft admin account.

      • Upon login, the “Permissions requested” window will appear, listing the permissions TWICE requires.

      • You will see the option to Consent on behalf of the organization in the permissions window. To enable organization-wide access, select this option, then click Accept to finalize the approval.
