How can I  change my Twice plan?

To change your Twice Plan, navigate to your Account > Plan & Billing and select Change Plan

How can I change my Account email?

To change your account email, you can add a new user as an admin user and then delete the old one. If you've reached your user limit, simply reach out to our support chat, and we'll assist you with the process.

How can I delete my Twice Account?

To request deleting your Rentle account, please reach out to us via our support chat by logging into your Twice Admin App. Note that only Admin users can request account deletion.

What charges are incurred to my Account? 

Your Twice plan renewal fees depend on your subscription level and frequency—charges are either made annually or monthly. If you use Twice Payments or Stripe, there will be extra fees for payment processing, which follow the commission rules outlined here
