Defining Minimum Notice for Product Orders

Learn How to Set a Minimum Notice Period for Orders Placed in Your Online Store on TWICE

Updated over 8 months ago

Setting a minimum notice period for your products can be crucial for managing preparations and avoiding last-minute bookings. This setting ensures you have adequate time to prepare for incoming orders, improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

How to Set Up Minimum Notice

  1. Access Product Settings: In your TWICE Admin, navigate to Catalog > Products, and select the product you wish to edit.

  2. Locate Advanced Settings: Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section.

  3. Set Minimum Notice: Under the title "Reservations must be made latest," define the time frame customers must adhere to when placing orders.

  4. Save Your Changes: Ensure you save your modifications to apply the new settings.

Note on Minimum Notice Settings

  • Category Settings: A minimum notice can also be set at the category level. TWICE will adhere to the more restrictive notice period set either at the product or category level.

  • Considerations for Delivery: If a product is ordered with delivery, only the delivery notice period applies. This ensures that the settings are tailored to accommodate the logistics of delivery services.
