TWICE allows you to manage products available for sale, one-time rent, or long-term rent under a subscription contract. You can offer the same product under all three options, providing flexibility for your customers to choose their preferred mode of acquisition. This guide will assist you in setting up a basic rental product.
Create a New Product
Navigate to Your Product Catalog: From your catalog, select New Product.
Enter Essential Details: Provide at least the product name and define the basic rental pricing per time unit (minute, hour, day, week, month, or year).
Add More Information (Optional): You can also input a product description, choose a category, set the tax rate, and upload images. These can be edited later.
Finalize Product Creation: Click Create Product to save your new rental product.
Make It Available to Your Customers
Set Up Inventory Connection: Go to the Availability tab and click Connect to Inventory.
Choose or Create SKU: Select an existing SKU from your inventory or click +Create New SKU to add a new stock count.
Adjust Visibility Settings: Ensure the product is set to be publicly visible in your sales channels. Click Save.
