The Business Insights dashboard in TWICE gives you a monthly overview of your store’s performance. You can track revenue, bookings, customer activity, and product-level performance to support operational and business decisions.
How To Access Business Insights
Go to Settings at the bottom of the left-hand menu
Under Account, select Business Insights
What You’ll See
By default, the dashboard shows data for the current month. You can:
Switch between daily or monthly views
Use the arrows at the top to move through different date ranges
The dashboard provides:
Total Revenue – Revenue generated within the selected timeframe
Number of Bookings – Total bookings placed
Number of Customers – Unique customers who placed orders
Product Breakdown – For each product:
Quantity rented
Revenue generated
Why It Matters
Business Insights helps you monitor rental volumes and spot patterns in customer activity. Use it to:
Track peak booking times and prepare staff and inventory accordingly
Identify high-performing products based on volume and revenue
Understand seasonal trends to plan ahead more effectively
