Note: This article applies to accounts subscribed to our Discover, Build, or Advance plan.

What Happens If I Don't Resolve a Failed Invoice Payment?

Unpaid invoices can lead to service interruptions. If a payment fails:

  • Immediate Notification: You'll see a payment failure message in TWICE Admin.

  • 14-Day Grace Period: You have 14 days to resolve the issue before your account is locked.

  • Second Failed Payment: If the next billing cycle begins with an unpaid invoice, your subscription will be canceled.

  • Account Deletion: Unresolved payments may lead to permanent account deletion and possible debt collection.

What Should I Do If My TWICE Plan Payment Fails?

If payment for a TWICE invoice fails, retry the payment by:

  1. Navigating to Settings > Subscription & Billing.

  2. Scroll down to the Invoices. Failed invoices are clearly marked as Failed.

  3. Clicking the three-dot menu on the failed invoice row and selecting charge Now.

  4. If the payment fails again, ensure you have sufficient funds or update your payment card in Payment Cards by clicking Add, then retry the invoice payment.
