Your TWICE invoices are settled using the payment method designated as your default. Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard, covering both credit and debit card options. Alternative payment possibilities can be discussed on Advance, and Enterprise subscriptions with your designated account manager.
Note: This article applies to accounts subscribed to our Discover, Build, or Advance plan.
Adding a Payment Card
To incorporate a new payment card into your account, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings> Subscription & Billing.
Select +Add and input the necessary details of your payment card:
Card number
Expiry date
CVC/CVV
Name of the card holder
To finalize, click Add.
