Your TWICE invoices are settled using the payment method designated as your default. Primarily, TWICE necessitates the use of a debit or credit card for billing purposes. In certain instances, bank transfers and bespoke payment options may be accommodated. For inquiries about these alternative methods, please get in touch with your account manager.
Adding a Payment Card
To incorporate a new payment card into your account, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Account > Plan & Billing.
Select +Add and input the necessary details of your payment card:
Card number
Expiry date
CVC/CVV
Name of the card holder
To finalize, click Add.
TWICE currently accepts Visa and Mastercard, covering both credit and debit card options.
