How to Set Up Your Account Basics According to Your Business Needs

Setting up your TWICE account correctly from the get-go is crucial for your success. This article will guide you through the essential settings to configure, ensuring your account aligns with your business needs and you are ready to welcome customers.

Account Settings

  • Update business information

    • Navigate to Settings > Account > Business Details in your TWICE Admin.

    • Verify and edit your Business Name, ID, and contact information as necessary.

    • This info is visible to your customers and appears on your order payment receipts

  • Choose your TWICE susbcription

    • Navigate to Settings > Subscription & Billing

    • Customize if needed the business information we should print of your TWICE subscription invoices.

    • Add a payment card.

    • And choose your subscription plan.

Set your Opening Hours

Whether your run a brick & mortar shop or operate solely online, setting your opening hours is crucial, as your products will only be available during your operational hours - if not set otherwise.

  • Navigate to Settings > Store >Opening Hours

  • Define and save your business's operational hours.

Localization and Regional Formats

  • Adjust localization settings

    • Select Settings > Account > General

    • Customize your store’s currency, time zone, and measurement units to match your regional preferences.

Taxes and Legal Compliance

  • Set up taxes

    • Select Settings > Taxes

    • Configure VAT and sales tax rates according to your local laws and regulations.
