Learn how to enable or disable sales channels in TWICE

You can control which sales channels are active for your store from the Settings section in TWICE.

How To Manage Sales Channels

  1. Go to Settings at the bottom of the left-hand menu

  2. Under Store, select Sales Channels

You’ll see a list of available sales channels:

  • Online – Your customer-facing online store

  • Admin – Manual order creation through the TWICE Admin Dashboard

  • Self Service – Available with specific plans, allows customers to place orders via in-store self-service stations

Use the checkboxes to enable or disable each channel.

Only active sales channels will be available to your team and customers. Disabling a channel removes it from view without deleting any associated data.
