You can manage your store's contact details directly from the Settings section in TWICE. This includes your store name, physical address, and customer-facing contact details like email and phone number.
How To Update Your Contact Information
Go to Settings on the bottom of the left-hand menu
Under Store, select Contact Information
From here, you can update the following:
Store Name: Displayed on customer-facing documents like emails and invoices
Address: Shown to customers if your store has a physical presence
Email Address: Where customers can reach you with questions or inquiries
Phone Number: Optional contact method for customers
These details will be visible to customers across your store communication and can help improve your store’s credibility and accessibility.
