Your Contact Information

Learn how to update your store name, address, email, and phone number in TWICE

You can manage your store's contact details directly from the Settings section in TWICE. This includes your store name, physical address, and customer-facing contact details like email and phone number.

How To Update Your Contact Information

  1. Go to Settings on the bottom of the left-hand menu

  2. Under Store, select Contact Information

From here, you can update the following:

  • Store Name: Displayed on customer-facing documents like emails and invoices

  • Address: Shown to customers if your store has a physical presence

  • Email Address: Where customers can reach you with questions or inquiries

  • Phone Number: Optional contact method for customers

These details will be visible to customers across your store communication and can help improve your store’s credibility and accessibility.
