Setting up your TWICE account correctly from the get-go is crucial for your online store's success. This checklist will guide you through the essential settings to configure, ensuring your account aligns with your business needs and is ready to welcome customers.

Account Overview and General Settings

  • Update business information

    • Navigate to Account > General in your TWICE Admin.

    • Verify and edit your Business Name, ID, and contact information as necessary.

    • This info is visible to your customers and appears on your order payment receipts

Note: For customized invoice details, adjust your billing information on the account's billing page.

Store Settings and Opening Hours

  • Configure store details

    • Access Settings > General

    • Update your Store’s name, address, and contact details accordingly.

  • Set store opening hours

    • Go to the Opening Hours page under store Settings.

    • Define and save your business's operational hours.

Localization and Regional Formats

  • Adjust localization settings

    • Select Account > Regional Formats

    • Customize your store’s currency, time zone, and measurement units to match your regional preferences.

Taxes and Legal Compliance

  • Set up taxes

    • Select Account > Taxes

    • Configure VAT and sales tax rates according to your local laws and regulations.
