Choosing and Changing your Password

Learn how to reset and choose a secure password on TWICE.

Updated over a week ago

In this guide, we'll cover the steps to change your password on TWICE and provide tips for creating a strong, secure password. Ensuring the security of your TWICE account starts with a robust password.

How to Change Your Password

Changing your password regularly is a key security practice. Follow these steps to update your password:

  1. Navigate to the TWICE login page and click Forgot your password?.

  2. Enter your email address and click Submit.

  3. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions provided.

Tips for Choosing a Secure Password

While TWICE doesn't enforce specific password requirements, we strongly recommend creating a password that adheres to the following criteria for maximum security:

  • Ensure it's unique: Use a password that you haven't used for any other service.

  • Length matters: Aim for a minimum of 12 characters.

  • Mix it up: Include numbers, upper and lowercase letters, and special characters to make your password harder to guess.
