Learn How to Adjust Pricing Based on the Sales Channel on TWICE

Updated over a week ago

TWICE allows you to set different prices for your products depending on the sales channel through which they are sold. This flexibility can help you optimize revenue by adapting prices for different customer interactions, such as online purchases versus walk-in sales

How to Set Up Channel-Specific Prices

  1. Access Your Product Details: Navigate to your Catalog, choose the product you want to adjust, and open the Pricing tab.

  2. Define Default Prices: If you haven’t set up your default prices, refer to the guide on creating pricing tables from scratch.

  3. Set Channel-Specific Prices: In the Channels column of your pricing table, define the prices for each channel where you want different pricing.

List of Available Channels

  • All Channels: Prices set here apply universally across all sales channels.

  • Admin: Prices specified for the Admin channel are available only when orders are manually created through your TWICE Admin Dashboard.

  • Online: Prices allocated to the Online channel apply exclusively to customers placing orders through your TWICE Online Store.

  • Self-Service: Set prices for the Self-Service channel to regulate costs specifically for orders placed through check-in kiosks located in your store.

  • Hidden: Prices marked as Hidden will not be available in any sales channels.
