Saving a Pricing Table as a Template
Create Your Pricing Table: Set up a pricing table for your product as you normally would.
Save as a Template: Once your table is complete, click on the Options at the top of the pricing table.
Initiate Template Save: Select Save as New Template.
Name and Adjust Your Template: Provide a name for your template. Here, you can also adjust the multipliers if necessary.
Finalize the Template: Click Create Template and remember to save your progress to secure the template.
Using a Pricing Template for Other Products
Select a Product: Navigate to the product for which you want to apply a pricing template and open the Pricing > Bookings tab.
Access Template Options: Click on the Options at the top of the pricing table.
Choose to Use a Template: Select Use a Pricing Template and pick the appropriate template from the list.
Adjust Base Price if Necessary: You can modify the product’s base price to tweak the template’s pricing table without altering the entire template. Note that editing individual price items after this adjustment will result in a new standalone price table being created for that product.
Note: Currently, pricing templates cannot be deleted. To manage your templates efficiently, consider reusing and repurposing existing templates where possible to avoid clutter.
