Learn how your customers place orders in the Twice Rentals application on Wix

The Twice Rentals app is designed to be as intuitive as possible and provide your customers with a smooth shopping experience. Although the layout is highly customisable, here are some of the general steps that a person may take while making a purchase on your website.

  1. When browsing your online store your customers will select the product they are interested in by clicking on its image, headline, or price.
  2. Your customers can now select the correct variant and book the product.
  3. When selecting the duration, a dropdown menu will show all possible rental periods and the corresponding prices.
  4. Now, a booking calendar will displayed your product's availabilities, and your customers can pick a start day and time for their order.
  5. After clicking the Add to Cart button, the page will display the cart view, from which the customer may choose to continue shopping or proceed with the checkout.
  6. In the Checkout stage, your customers will provide their contact details, agree to your Terms of Service and choose their payment method.
  7. With a click on the large Place Order & Pay button, the order is placed and your customers will receive an automated booking confirmation
